William (Bill) Souvall

Bill has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years and has experience in all areas of the industry. As a real estate broker, he has successfully marketed and closed residential, commercial, industrial, and land development properties. As a real estate mortgage loan officer and broker, he has successfully originated and closed residential, commercial and development loans with banks, wholesale mortgage institutions, FHA and private lenders.
- Negotiated several land development projects – Lehi subdivision, East Millcreek luxury condominium home project (Edgemont Estates), Midvale Office Buildings, Midvale Centre Square Mixed-Use Development, and more.
- Commercial loan dealings with Zions Bank, Cyprus Credit Union, Washington Mutual, Brighton Bank, and smaller private investors for bridge loans.
- Involved in the development process for a number of projects—zoning change applications, conditional use permits, and other entitlement issues approved by various planning commissions throughout the Wasatch Front.
Mr. Souvall has been a principal broker for Fortress Real Estate Advisors for many years. He also acted as branch manager for a real estate syndication company (Kenman Corporation). He also has property management experience in leasing, collections, and overseeing maintenance for multiple industrial buildings with approximately 250,000 square feet of office/warehouse space.

Jessica is a licensed Realtor and has extensive real estate industry experience and particular expertise with short sale negotiation. She understands how to structure real estate transactions that meet the requirements of the lender and have a high likelihood of success for the homeowner. As an real estate investor herself, Jessica understands how to attend to the details of complex real estate transactions. Homeowners and agents alike count on Jessica to coordinate successful transactions. She started working in the real estate industry in 2004 with Ivory Homes, Utah’s #1 home builder. Jessica also worked for a local real estate firm where she was responsible for short sale negotiation as well as acquisition, renovation and disposition of distressed properties. |

Harriet Davidson
Client Coordinator
Harriet has broad corporate experience in finance and human resources. Positions she's held include controller, CFO, and HR director. She also has extensive ad agency experience. Harriet's ability to listen to and empathize with the homeowner's situation makes her the ideal first contact. She makes sure homeowners understand the JK process, answers all their questions, and helps them get started. Harriet has a degree in accounting from the University of Maryland. |
