Kathy's extensive executive, financial, and real estate experience led her and her team to create a comprehensive solution for homeowners facing foreclosure or looking for strategic alternatives to eliminate their debt. Kathy has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and her passion for making JK Short Sale the best option for homeowners is demonstrated in every transaction.

Kathy's experience includes:

• Founding principal in REventures, a full-service real estate brokerage with multifamily renovation, investment, and management services.
• Founding principal in NuVida Ventures, which acquired and renovated multifamily properties in Phoenix.
• SVP of Finance and Administration for Diversa (NASDAQ: DVSA), a biotechnology company. Positioned company for their $200 million IPO.
• SVP for Syscon Corporation, a $135 million systems development company
• Kathy earned a BSIS from George Mason University, an MA from Alliant University, and an MBA from Marymount University.

Harriet Davidson, Client Coordinator
Harriet has broad corporate experience in finance and human resources. Positions she's held include controller, CFO, and HR director. She also has extensive ad agency experience. Harriet's ability to listen to and empathize with the homeowner's situation makes her the ideal first contact. She makes sure homeowners understand the JK process, answers all their questions, and helps them get started. Harriet has a degree in accounting from the University of Maryland.
